Membership
As a homeschool cooperative we have found that our cohesiveness is directly related to the member families' commitment to creating an educational environment for our children. At Willow Pond Farm commitment to a year's membership provides a financial structure that the families use to budget expenses and improve the facilities to better enhance our children's education. Following are two lists. One is a list of quantitative Member Benefits and the second is list of qualitative Member Benefits.
Quantitative Member Benefits
- Unlimited classes
- Priority registration
- Use of facility to homeschool your children
- Use of facility to teach classes or conduct workshops
- Use of materials such as curriculum library, children's library, music library, educational materials
- Summer Camp tuition free
- Reduced tuition for Theatre Camp, Music Camp, and Science Camps
- Wireless internet use
- Use of facility for family/friends events outside of Co-op hours
- Social Hour! class to build and support community
Qualitative Member Benefits
- Safe, friendly environment
- Time spent on development of positive interrelationships among students
- Multi-age classes and activities
- Environmental stewardship focus
- Rural hobby-farm setting
Member Responsibilities
- 10 Work-time Hours per trimester spent cleaning, office work, child care, etc. A pay-out option of $10/hour is available.
- On-campus presence while children are in classes
- Teach or assist a class at Willow Pond Farm during the trimester
Fee Structure
Four categories to consider for membership:
- Full Membership for one trimester is $500 and includes unlimited classes and free tuition for Summer Camp.
- Half Membership, which covers 4 hours or less, is $250 for the trimester and includes 50% off tuition for Summer Camp.
- Quarter Membership, which covers 2 hours or less, is $125 for the trimester and includes 25% off tuition for Summer Camp.
- Friends or Non-Members are those who would like to take classes but cannot meet one or more of the requirements listed above under Member Responsibilities. The cost of one 1-hour class for a trimester as a Friend/Non-Member is $130.00.

Discount for large families - Families with more than two
children are offered a 50% discount on membership for the third child, and
subsequent children are considered free.
Payments - Payments can be made by the year, by trimester, or
by monthly installments over 12 months.
